At FairWayFocused, we're committed to getting your golf training gear to you quickly and safely.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

US Shipping

International Shipping We ship to 27 countries via USPS and DHL Express. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Countries we ship to: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, allow 24–72 hours for tracking to activate.

Delayed Deliveries Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We cannot guarantee address changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check around your property, ask neighbors, and contact your local carrier. If still unresolved, reach out to our support team.

Damaged Orders Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve it.
